Wild Florida is an attraction that is located 45 minutes south of Orlando. Guests can enjoy an airboat tour, an animal encounter or drive alongside a variety of exotic and native animals, all in one place.

PROBLEM
June 2025 marked Wild Florida's 15th Anniversary, and they wanted to celebrate by running a limited-time deal of $15 per person, but didn't have extra ad dollars to promote the deal.

SOLUTION

Create a specific owned-channel marketing strategy and branded look for the deal to utilize across Wild Florida's email, organic social channels and SMS platforms.

Cut Through The "Noise" With New Branding

I collaborated with our agency’s graphic designer to develop a fresh, branded look for Wild Florida’s limited-time deal. We drew inspiration from the Wild Florida's recognizable color palette and the beloved animal characters that have become icons of Wild Florida since opening in 2010. Together, we created visuals that were bold, fun, and instantly familiar to fans of the park.

Engage Customers In New Ways

To broaden the reach and impact of the 15 Years of Adventure deal, I collaborated with another marketing manager and web designer to create a cohesive multi-channel promotion. Together, we developed engaging SMS messages, eye-catching email campaigns and dynamic website banners that all carried the same visual identity and call to action. This unified approach ensured that Wild Florida's fans encountered consistent messaging across every touchpoint, driving greater awareness and excitement for the limited-time offer.

Diversify Creative Content Per Platform

I analyzed Wild Florida’s top-performing organic content to uncover what stories and types of content resonated most with their audience, using those insights to craft storytelling posts celebrating Wild Florida's anniversary. Each piece highlighted memorable moments of the adventure park's history while seamlessly tying in the limited-time anniversary deal. To expand reach beyond traditional social channels, I also experimented with new owned social tactics by creating a Google Business Post listing and launching a Facebook event for the deal, both designed to drive awareness and engagement for the celebration.
